Built between 1900–1929 by Prince Mohamed Ali Tawfik, this grand palace on Manial Island blends Islamic architectural styles—Persian, Mamluk, Ottoman, Andalusian, Syrian, and Moroccan. Its complex includes the Reception, Throne, and Residence palaces, a mosque, clock tower, private and hunting museums, a Golden Hall, and expansive gardens enclosed by fortress-like walls. It now serves as a museum.
